Common Issues
- Unable to sign in: Check your internet connection, confirm your email and password are correct, and try again. Use "Forgot Password" to reset if needed.

- Schedule not loading: Ensure you have an active internet connection. Pull down to refresh on the Schedule tab.
- Day tags not saving: Make sure you tap the confirm/save button after adding a tag. Tags require an active connection to sync.
- Push notifications not arriving: Confirm notification permission is enabled for CampusGrid in iOS Settings → Notifications → CampusGrid.
- Commute time not showing: The commute feature requires a home address to be set in your profile. Ensure location data is entered correctly.
- Compare Schedules not showing classmates: Both users must be connected and have classes added for the compare view to populate.
- Profile photo not uploading: Confirm photo library permission is granted in iOS Settings → Privacy → Photos → CampusGrid.
